Free Assemby: This is important for all bicycles, and harder to find for recumbents than it is for standard bikes. We take the extra time it takes to do the job properly. In fact, this is probably the best reason to buy a recumbent from us: you'll pay no more for the bike, and receive $50-$100 of extra value.

Free Checkup: All bikes get a free checkup after 1-2 months.

Accessory Installation: Most accessories will be installed free for the first six months of ownership, if they are purchased from us.

Componentry Changes If a new bike customer wants equipment changes, we will sell them the new components at 25% off regular retail, and they keep the parts removed. Labor would generally be at no charge, but there are exceptions e.g. wheel-building.

Shipping New Bikes to Customer: There are good reasons to avoid this situation if you can. If we have to pack up an already built bike to ship it, it must be dismantled so far (in the case of recumbents) that the value of proper assembly is lost and must be redone. It will cost the customer money for us to dismantle the bike ($50 or more). Even more importantly, the customer is left with the job of proper assembly.

Warranty Issues: The different recumbent companies have different warranties, but in all cases of brands we sell, we will work for the customer to achieve satisfaction.

Repair Services: Even before we started selling recumbents, we had a strong emphasis on repair expertise. Two of us have over twenty years experience working on bikes, the newest has four years. We have ten years of experience working on recumbents, solving their special problems, many of which revolve around accessory installation.
